1. About this website
This website shows our menu, tells you about our cafe at Robinsons Place Palawan, Puerto Princesa City, and helps you prepare an order to send to us. It is operated by Island Coffee Club.
2. How ordering works
- When you choose items and press Send via Messenger or Send via SMS, you are sending us an order request. It is not a confirmed order until we reply and confirm it.
- We may decline or change a request, for example if an item is sold out, we are too busy, or we cannot deliver to your location. We will tell you if that happens.
- Please give accurate details: your name, phone number, and delivery location or table number. We are not responsible for a late or failed order caused by wrong or missing details.
3. Prices and charges
- All prices are in Philippine pesos (₱).
- All prices are subject to a 10% service charge, and prices may change without prior notice.
- Delivery fees vary according to location. The total shown on the order page is for products only. Our team will tell you the final amount before your order is prepared or delivered.
4. Payment
You do not pay through this website. Payment is arranged directly with our team when your order is confirmed, using the payment methods we offer at that time.
5. Delivery, pickup and dine-in
- Delivery: available to locations we agree to serve. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- Pickup: please collect your order at our store at the time we give you.
- Dine-in: if you order from your table, include your correct table number so we can bring your order to you.
6. Changes and cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. Once we have started preparing your order, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
7. Food information and allergies
Menu descriptions are brief and photos are for illustration, so your order may look slightly different. Our kitchen handles ingredients such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, seafood and soy. If you have a food allergy or dietary need, tell our team before you order, as we cannot guarantee that any item is free of an allergen.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse this website. This includes sending false or prank orders, spamming our contact form, trying to break or overload the site, or using it for anything unlawful.
9. Our content
The Island Coffee Club name, logo, photos, menu and website content belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
10. Links to other websites
This website links to services such as Google Maps, Facebook and Messenger. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites and services.
11. Limits of our responsibility
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as is. It may sometimes be offline, slow or out of date, and the menu or prices shown may differ from those in the store. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses caused by using this website, or by problems with third-party services such as Messenger, SMS or your internet connection.
